General Return Conditions
- Return Window: Customers must notify us of any defects or non-conformity within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Condition of Part: Parts must be returned in the same condition as received, with all “UK Carparts.lk” security markings or seals intact.
Refunds for Faulty or Incompatible Parts
- Functional Warranty: Since used parts vary in wear, we provide a 30-day functional warranty on engines, gearboxes and other electronic parts (body parts do not carry a warranty). If the part fails during this period due to a pre-existing hidden defect, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
- Compatibility Errors: If we supply an incorrect part despite the customer providing accurate vehicle details (i.e. Chassis/part numbers), we will bear the cost of the return and provide a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer Error: Refunds are not granted if the customer provided incorrect vehicle identifiers or changed their mind after the part has been dispatched from the UK, due to the high costs of cross-border logistics.
- Installation Damage: No refunds will be issued for parts damaged during improper installation by unauthorized mechanics.
